Electrical emergency? We respond fast.
Sparking outlets, burning smell, half your house without power, breaker that won't reset — call us during business hours and we'll prioritize getting to you the same day. No call center runaround, just a real licensed electrician.
If you see any of this, call us right away.
These problems can't wait — call us during business hours and we'll prioritize you on the same day. If it's outside our hours and it's truly dangerous, call 911 or your power company first.
Burning smell from outlets or panel
This is a fire risk. Turn off the breaker if you can identify it, then call us. We'll get out as fast as possible.
Sparking, smoking, or hot outlets
Same — fire risk. Don't use the outlet, kill power to that circuit if you can, and call us during business hours.
Lost power to part of your home
If half your house is dark and the main breaker is on, you likely have a tripped breaker, a bad neutral, or a damaged cable. We diagnose and fix on the same visit.
Breaker that won't reset
A breaker that immediately trips when you flip it back on is doing its job — there's a problem on that circuit. Don't keep trying. Call us to find the cause.
Power outage from storm or DTE issue
If your neighborhood has power and you don't, your service drop or panel may be damaged. We coordinate with DTE and get you back on.
Flickering lights or strange behavior
Often a loose neutral connection — which can damage your appliances and start fires. Don't ignore it.

What sets us apart for emergency work.
We actually pick up the phone
During business hours you get a real person — not a voicemail, not a call center. We hear what's going on and tell you straight whether we can be there today.
Real diagnoses, real fixes
We don't just patch the symptom. We find the root cause and fix it permanently — so you're not calling us again next week for the same problem.
Upfront pricing
Emergency or not, we tell you the price before we work. No mystery numbers on the invoice. If you'd rather wait and save money, we tell you whether that's safe.
Things people ask us.
What counts as an electrical emergency? +
Anything involving fire risk (burning smell, sparks, smoke, hot outlets), full or partial power loss in your home, water near electrical equipment, or any situation where you feel unsafe. If you're not sure, call us during business hours — we'll tell you over the phone whether it can wait.
What are your hours? +
Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. During those hours we pick up the phone and we prioritize emergencies on the same day. We're closed Sundays.
What if I have an emergency after hours? +
If it's genuinely dangerous — active fire, smoke, electrocution risk — call 911 immediately. If it's a power outage affecting your neighborhood, call DTE Energy at 800-477-4747. For non-dangerous after-hours problems (a tripped breaker that won't reset, partial power loss without smoke or sparks), it's usually safe to wait until we open the next morning. Call us first thing and we'll prioritize you.
How much more is emergency / same-day service? +
We charge a small priority fee for same-day emergency dispatch — we tell you the exact rate when you call. For many problems (a tripped breaker that won't reset, for example), we can talk you through whether it's safe to schedule a regular appointment instead, which saves you money.
Should I turn off my main breaker if something smells like burning? +
If you can do it safely, yes — kill the breaker for the affected circuit (or the main breaker if you can't identify which circuit). Then leave the area and call us during business hours, or 911 if it's actively dangerous. Never touch anything that's smoking, sparking, or wet.
